A patient's own regenerative cells — at the bedside, in minutes.
A closed, single-use ultrasonic device that isolates and concentrates a patient's own adipose-derived regenerative cells at the point of care — no enzymes, no off-site lab, no waiting days. The patient is the donor, so there's nothing to match and nothing to bank.

Regenerative cells, isolated where the patient is
Today, isolating a patient's regenerative cells means shipping tissue to a lab, waiting days, and relying on enzymes to break it down — slow, costly, and inconsistent. This device does it in the room, in minutes.
Closed & aseptic
A sealed, single-use cartridge keeps the entire process contained — the sample never leaves a closed path.
Enzyme-free
A patented ultrasonic resonant horn frees cells with tuned acoustic energy instead of enzymatic digestion.
Point-of-care speed
Isolation and concentration happen in minutes at the bedside — not days at an off-site lab.
Autologous by design
The patient is the donor, so there is no immune matching and no banking — and a simpler regulatory path.
The patient's own regenerative cells, concentrated and ready
The device recovers autologous adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) — the regenerative cells already in the patient's own fat — and concentrates them for immediate re-introduction. Because they come from the patient, there is nothing to match, nothing to bank, and no donor risk.
Four steps, one closed cycle
Lipoaspirate
A small sample of the patient's own fat tissue is drawn — the source of adipose-derived regenerative cells.
Load vials
The sample is loaded into sealed single-use vials seated in the resonant horn — a fully closed path.
Acoustic isolation
The transducer drives the horn at an ultrasonic frequency, mechanically freeing the cells from the tissue — no enzymes.
Concentrate
The freed cells are concentrated in-cartridge, ready for the clinician to re-introduce — all within minutes.
Why regenerative cells stay out of reach
A closed device that does it in the room
The Stem Cell Machine is a separate regenerative-medicine platform, alongside our electrokinetic transdermal and electrostatic-precipitation technologies — extending Henley Ion's biodefense mission into point-of-care cell therapy.
Patented, and validated on the bench
The acoustic isolation method is protected and the device has been demonstrated as a working prototype — part of Dr. Julian Henley's 44-patent portfolio.
